UK Deliveries
All UK orders are despatched by Royal Mail 48Hr Tracked service, Royal Mail aim to delivery your order in 2-3 business days.
If you would like a faster (not despatch) or another delivery service then you can do so by upgrading in the delivery options when placing your order.
Although I can despatch your order on time I cannot guarantee the courier’s delivery timescale.
All orders are aimed at being despatched within 10-14 business days of your order being placed.
International Deliveries - I try to keep my prices as low as possible, If you would like faster delivery (not despatch) please contact me before checkout.
All International orders upto 2kg are despatched by Royal Mail Tracked service.
Royal Mail aim to deliver in 3-5 business days in Europe and 5-7 business days Worldwide.
All international orders over 2kg are despatched by UPS/DHL

Products delivered to international destinations may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities. The recipient of your order is responsible for all customs formalities for the import of the Products, and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that may be levied. The recipient of the Products, not the person placing the order, will typically receive a separate request for payment of these charges when the goods arrive in the country of destination. If you’re ordering Products to be delivered to someone else, please ensure they’re aware that they’ll be responsible for these additional charges.
Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we are unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We advise that you check any customs formalities and the import charges applicable before ordering products to be delivered there.
Refunds on items that have been lost or damaged in transit will only be paid out once I have received the refund from the carrier used to deliver the items.
